大川研では、エピゲノム解析に必要な各種転写因子(主に骨格筋分化)、ヒストン、RNAポリメラーゼに対するモノクローナル抗体の開発を行っています。

これら抗体は、試用であれば提供、一定量以上の場合は共同研究ベースで供与いたします。

We have developed monoclonal antibodies against various transcription factors (mainly skeletal muscle differentiation), histones, and RNA polymerase necessary for epigenome analysis.
These antibodies are provided for trial use, and for fixed doses or more on a joint research basis.

    We have developed and released chromatin insertion labeling method suitable for minority cell epigenome analysis. It is possible to obtain data similar to ChIPseq on a cell / tissue staining basis, and has also succeeded in single cell level analysis.     Flow cytometric sorting of cell nuclei from tissues.

    神経、骨格筋等の組織から核を単離し、転写因子等を標識してFACSにより分画する手法です。
    単離核はChIP, RT-PCR等に利用できます。

    This method could isolates nuclei from tissues such as nerves and skeletal muscles, and isolated nuclei could be labeled with anti-nuclei-protein antibody(transcription factor, histone modification, etc) for separating by FACS. FACS-sorted nuclei can be used for ChIP, RT-PCR, etc.
